Project overview

Valley National Realty has owned, developed and managed commercial real estate across the Lehigh Valley for more than 30 years. Like Cosmick Media, the company is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We handled the commercial real estate website design and development for the new Valley National Realty website.

The company does two very different things. First, it leases office, flex, retail, industrial and warehouse space. Second, it helps employers fund near-site child care through Jump The Curve, a pooled investment model built around the federal Section 45F tax credit. Therefore, the website had to explain both without confusing either audience.

Project write-up

We handled the commercial real estate website design and development for the new Valley National Realty website.

The company does two very different things. First, it leases office, flex, retail, industrial and warehouse space. Second, it helps employers fund near-site child care through Jump The Curve, a pooled investment model built around the federal Section 45F tax credit. Therefore, the website had to explain both without confusing either audience.

Website design for a commercial real estate firm with two audiences

For instance, a business owner looking for flex space and an HR director researching child care benefits want very different things. So the homepage asks a simple question: “Which brings you here?” Then each answer leads to its own path, with its own pages, calls to action and contact options.

Likewise, the design follows the same idea. Deep green, burgundy and gold come straight from the Valley National logo. In addition, a classic serif headline font gives the site the steady feel of a firm that has been around for decades. Plus, aerial photos of the company’s own buildings appear throughout the leasing pages.

For tenants, the site works like a small property search. Here is what it includes:

  • Filterable property listings. Visitors can filter by property type, market, status and availability. Each card shows the location, rate, square footage and an Available or Leased label.
  • Property type pages. Flex, industrial, office, retail and warehouse space each have their own landing page.
  • Property detail pages. Every property, from Hamilton West to the Historic Trexlertown Grange, has a photo slider, building details, highlights and a leasing contact section.
  • Current availabilities. Open spaces also appear on the homepage, so tenants see what is available right away.
  • Tenant portal link. Current tenants can jump straight to the DoorLoop tenant portal from the header.

Turning a tax credit into something employers can use

Section 45F is a federal tax credit for employers that provide child care. However, the rules are dense, and the limits went up in 2026. So we worked with Valley National to turn that material into clear pages an employer can scan in a few minutes.

The Section 45F page covers what changed in 2026, what the credit may cover, facility requirements and the questions employers ask first. Meanwhile, the Jump The Curve page explains why pooling investment with other employers can cost less and move faster than building an on-site center.

Both pages also include interactive tools. For example, the 45F estimator applies the 2026 rates to an employer’s own figures and caps the result at the annual limit. After that, employers add an email address to see their result, which gives Valley National a warm lead to follow up with.

Easy to update, quick to load

Finally, the site runs on a custom WordPress theme built with Bootstrap and is hosted on Kinsta with Cloudflare. As a result, Valley National’s team can add properties, update availability and post news to the Insights section on their own.
