Imperial Realty Appraisal

Project overview

Imperial Realty Appraisal is one of the longest standing “appraisal only” commercial real estate firms in the Lehigh Valley. The firm traces its roots to the early 1980s, became Imperial Realty Appraisal, LLC in 2001 and was acquired by Chris Raber in 2026. Like Cosmick Media, it is based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We handled the commercial appraiser website design and development for the new Imperial Realty Appraisal website.

With new ownership in place, the firm wanted a site that matched the quality of its reports. Its clients are lenders, attorneys, accountants and property owners, and they check credentials before they ever pick up the phone. Therefore, the website had to show experience, independence and range within the first few seconds.

Project write-up

With new ownership in place, the firm wanted a site that matched the quality of its reports. Its clients are lenders, attorneys, accountants and property owners, and they check credentials before they ever pick up the phone. Therefore, the website had to show experience, independence and range within the first few seconds.

Website design for an independent commercial appraisal firm

For instance, a community bank might need a financing appraisal on a warehouse, while an estate attorney needs a date of death valuation on an apartment building. Both want the same thing first: a firm they can trust. So the homepage leads with credentials. MAI and SRA designations, PA Certified General licenses, 100+ combined years of experience and independence since 2001 all sit right in the hero.

Independence also had to come through clearly. Imperial has no brokerage, no property management and no sales arm. As a result, its value opinions stay impartial, which matters for tax appeals, divorce cases and partner buyouts. The site says this plainly and repeats it where it counts.

Likewise, the design follows the brand. Deep plum and magenta come straight from the Imperial logo, with warm gold accents and a clean, modern sans serif. In addition, photos of real commercial properties fill the property type cards, so the work feels local and tangible.

Commercial appraiser website design built around how clients hire

Clients usually arrive with a specific reason for an appraisal. So the site is organized around those reasons. Here is what it includes:

  • Ten engagement types. Financing and lending, estate planning and date of death, property tax appeals, divorce valuations, market rent studies, partner buyouts, buy and sell decisions, internal valuation, appraisal review and eminent domain each get a clear summary.
  • Eighteen property classes. Industrial, apartments, office, retail, strip centers and self storage lead with photo cards. The full list covers everything from car washes to religious facilities.
  • A four step process. Inquiry, engagement letter, development and reporting are laid out, so first time clients know what to expect before any work begins.
  • Coverage by county. Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Berks, Monroe, Carbon, Schuylkill and Montgomery Counties are listed, along with statewide self storage assignments.
  • Senior appraiser bios. Every appraiser has a photo, credentials, years with the firm and a direct email link, so clients can reach the right person.
  • Quote request form. A Gravity Forms quote request collects the assignment details, and the site promises a response within one business day.

Clear calls to action on every page

Furthermore, the phone number sits in the top bar and the header, and a tap to call button stays in the mobile header. Request a Quote buttons appear in the hero, after major sections and in the footer. Every page also notes that reports are prepared in conformity with USPAP.

Credibility up front, easy to update

The site runs on a custom WordPress theme built with Bootstrap and is hosted on Kinsta with Cloudflare. Google Tag Manager is in place for tracking, and Yoast SEO handles page titles, meta descriptions and structured data. As a result, Imperial’s team can update bios, services and property types on their own.
