Project write-up

BSI Corporate Benefits is a national employee benefits consulting firm headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. CEO Tony DaRe founded it in 2003 after years in the health plan world. Since then, BSI has built a reputation for pushing back on rising costs instead of simply accepting renewals. That’s a strong story for any employee benefits website design.

Its motto is “No Lazy Answers.” We designed the BSI Corporate Benefits website to carry that same confident voice.

The challenge

To begin with, employee benefits are complicated. HR leaders and CFOs visit BSI’s site with real problems, such as rising premiums, compliance worries or a renewal that doesn’t add up. Therefore, they need to see quickly that BSI understands those problems.

BSI also offers a lot. Benefits consulting, cost containment, a health solutions practice, compliance help, HCM consulting and BSI CORE, its self-funded stop loss platform. In other words, that’s a big menu to make simple.

Our employee benefits website design

We grouped everything under three clear menus: What We Do, About Us and Resources. Then each service gets its own page with a short headline, a bold opening line and a clear call to action.

The BSI CORE page shows how this works. It opens with “Stability. Predictability. Control.” Then it explains the platform in plain terms, backed by the numbers BSI shares on the page: a consortium of more than 2,100 employers and 300,000 members, with over $1 billion in stop loss premium.

A clean, modern look

The design uses a deep navy header, soft blue gradients and flowing brand ribbons in teal and green. Meanwhile, rounded photo frames and generous spacing keep long pages easy to read.

In addition, every service page follows the same pattern. As a result, visitors learn the layout once and can then scan any page.

Resources that build trust

The Resources menu holds the blog, case studies, events and a newsroom. Case studies can be filtered by sector, such as education or manufacturing. Events run on The Events Calendar Pro with ticketing, so BSI can promote webinars and seminars right on the site. HubSpot content embeds connect the site to BSI’s marketing tools.

Finally, the About section tells BSI’s story, introduces the team and covers the company culture.

What the employee benefits website design delivers

BSI’s site now reflects how the firm actually works: direct, data-backed and focused on the client. It gives HR and finance leaders a clear path from a problem to a conversation.

The challenge

What the client brought to us.

BSI offers a wide range of services, from benefits consulting and compliance to the BSI CORE stop loss platform, and needed a site that made them easy to understand.

The audience, HR and finance leaders, expects clear, credible answers fast.

Our approach

How we tackled it.

We grouped content into What We Do, About Us and Resources menus, gave each service a consistent page layout, and built a Resources hub with a blog, sector-filtered case studies, events and a newsroom.

Events use The Events Calendar Pro with ticketing, and HubSpot embeds connect to BSI’s marketing tools.
