About Erin
With over 30 years of administrative experience, I’ve been with the company since 2013 and serve as Director of Finance, overseeing the full scope of financial operations and client administration. I lead initiatives that ensure fiscal accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless client service—from managing agreements and billing to maintaining organized and compliant records across all departments.
I oversee financial workflows for both new and existing clients, including executing service agreements and managing payment methods for marketing accounts. I also conduct employee onboarding, payroll setup, and the administration of employment agreements. Additionally, I manage our company’s CRM, ensuring account, deal, and lead data remain current and actionable to support informed decision-making and sustained business growth.
