I will be billed at the emergency rate of $125/hour (billed in 15-minute increments). All service requests submitted through this portal are considered billable unless the issue is verified to be the result of a direct Cosmick Media or UnifiedKM error that caused downtime, interference, or the original problem. By submitting this request, I acknowledge and agree to the billing rates shown above. Billable work will be charged in 15-minute increments to the payment method on file.
